Comprehensive Practice & Patient Services
Nufactor will:
- Verify insurance coverage and contact the patient about their out-of-pocket costs prior to treatment
- Enroll eligible patients in the YCANTH Copay Assistance Program
- Obtain prior authorization when applicable
- Ship the patient-labeled YCANTH prescription to the practice
- Follow up call to patient post application to check in
- Coordinate YCANTH refills between practice and patient
